Challenge
The challenge was to create a visual identity for a modern tea lounge, rooted in symbolism and negative space. The aim was to communicate the calm, restorative qualities of herbal tea, while standing out in a competitive hospitality and wellness market.
Solution
The solution involved creating a brand mark, utilizing negative space to integrate a teacup within a fox form, symbolizing warmth, wisdom, and sanctuary. A restrained color palette and thoughtful typography were selected to reinforce a calm, premium atmosphere while ensuring the identity could scale effectively across print, packaging, and digital media.
Results
The final result established a cohesive and memorable brand presence emphasizing balance and simplicity. The logo’s negative space creates a distinctive visual mark that remains recognizable across different sizes and formats. The flexible identity system demonstrates how the design could extend to menus, packaging, signage, and social media, creating a consistent and inviting experience for customers.
